The Conference aims at providing a platform for discussions and debates on Management of Health Science Information Resources and Services. It also aims at sharing knowledge and experiences among LIS Professionals, Scholars and Faculty on various issues pertaining to organization, acquisition, accessing and management of medical information. And also the challenges faced by the health service libraries and information professionals in the digital/electronic information era. This conference also wants to alert and communicate the current and changing trends in information and knowledge management as well as learn the methods in providing required services to meet the ever changing needs of information seekers in the medical profession.
